It should be a screw just like #13. #12 is a cosmetic cover so you are not seeing the screw heads in the console.

hmmm i think i saw one of those in the previous owner pile of crap somewhere, doesnt look like it would fit in there but ill check it out. thanks!

Print the picture or get the name of the screw because I know I don't know it, then go to lowes or an autostore and ask for it. They should have it. I know lowes does because I came across it. It's on the opposite side of the screw/bolts/hardware aisle.

Murrays or Autozone should have these in there Help section.

Excuse my dirty/miscolored console.

I have a couple of those plastic things and the very tip goes in but thats it. The passenger side mounting point has some average bolt there. Plus why would they use a plastic push scew type thing with a textured surface to it like the rest of the interior if it was only to be covered by the part you see in the pic

And what is part 11?

I just have a normal screw in there, works alot better than the plastic piece and holds it tight. You don't need a nice looking plastic screw in there, it gets covered up anyways. Just my $.02

ya but what size screw, thats my problem
Trial and error my friend. These screws are really not expensive and can be sold individually. Just eyeball it and pick from a size below of what you think might fit all the way to a size above it. Keep the sizes in mind, write it down, or even put them in diff. baggies, so that way when you do find the correct size you'll have the dimensions write on the bag. :rocks:
