To Bomex or not to Bomex that is the Question

Hey,
I was thinking about buying a Bomex front end for my car, I found one that is IMO cool stuff, and I normally dont see any bomex kits around just Blitz and the normal stocker front ends.
Anyway take a look and give me a thought on it.


Oh and since I know there are some Photoshop wizzes around here could it be possible to put that on my car? its in my photo gallery, anyway it'll be good to hear your thoughts.

well its all about personaly opinon. i like the bomex kit, but i wouldnt want it on my car because i like the dora kit and this other kit. i believe the other kit is andies auto kit, but im not sure. in the end its up to you to decide. personally i would get the bomex over the blitz kit anyday because the blitz kit is getting to popular.

I personally would not go with the Bomex. That is my opinion thought. You already have a nice front bumper.

Ok well I was thinking to just add the front bumper, not only it is cheaper but it looks cooler however that is in my opinon, but I dont know, I think it was a thought without putting any thought into it, I dont really know I get too much crap for having my damn car...

BTW: thanks GSXTCY for the vote of keeping the stock front bumper.

If you're going to go bomex front end, you have to get the rest of the kit, IMO. Just going for the front looks stupid, as the Bomex is built to flow "with each other". I'm planning on getting one for my '97 next summer, although I'm not sure which front to go for.

There's two different front ends for the Eclipse that Bomex makes.

One looks like the "Fast and Furious" Supra, with the foglight housings and horizontal bars on the edges, and the other is a more "square" intake front end.

Hey guys WAZAAAAA this is my first post!!! well i jus had a little fender bender wit my gst and instead of puting the stock front i saved and got a bomex type 2 front and it looks great i say do it look at my photo galery to see it (not in good detail but soon) i got the first one in orlando/kissimmee florida

Bomex the front but IMO you should get some sides or at least upgrade your wheels to 17's.

look at your attached pic of the bomex pic...see the side mirrors...that's what they look like...they are close to the body of the car.

i spent like 10 minutes on my 56k to find a better pic...sorry...couldn't find one....i've seen several close up pics so when i get on campus i'll try and find them and attach them here (that's if someone doesn't beat me to it first)

IMO get 18s or 19s and go all out Bomex if you're going that route....don't go half @$$ed

not to hijack this thread but i wanna ask you guys...what do you think with those mirrors on my car instead of the M3 mirrors i have now? if someone has time car to chop my gallery pics up to see it. if you can do it. thanx

i think they would look good quwhees99. they will probably be that mod that makes you look at the car and and say "wow what looks different?".
