Pop up head light mod

Ok i know this has been asked many times before. I have spent the last hour & a half searching "snake eyes" "lazy eyes" "head light mod" and every thing else you can think of and every one keeps saying search it search it or links to vfaq. well no one actually explains it and vfaq no longer has a write up. All i want to know is how do i make it so i can have the lights on and the pop ups down, but so that i can make them come up if need be. Also how i can keep it so the fog lights still work which i believe is rewireing the switch. thanks for all your help and if you can find a good thread with the info my bad.

Also search for 'chiclet mod'. Easiest way to do sleepy-eyes. The only down side is that your fog lights will no longer work, and to pop the headlights up or down you will need to turn the headlights off. You can use this to 'catch' them partway up for the sleepy eyes look (or stoner eyes if your popup linkages aren't in sync).

Please note that the chiclet assembly is usually taped up to a bundle of other wires. Took me a day to find it, because it was covered in electrical tape. Just look for three wires going into a mess of tape, and you'll likely find it.
