I just received new projector headlights that ended up being 97-99 when I needed 95-96. The auction on ebay stated 95-96 and he still won't refund because I attempted to install them.

Well, I need a new front bumper, and decided to go ahead and just go 97-99 front.
I wanted to know if there was any aftermarket bumper that would look really nice on stock skirts and rear, or if I should go OEM style?

I also wondered about painting it. I have been doing all of my interior customization, and it is turning out fantastic. I was wondering if it would be any more difficult to paint the bumper vs. painting my interior parts?

Id say go OEM for the bumper
As for painting, no its not really all that much different then what your doing on the inside. Alittle more area to cover but nothing bad.
If you plan on doing it yourself, just sand it down to dull it down a bit, dont sand it down to the bare plastic though. Then, either using a spray gun/paint or if you just want to do it with rattle cans, spray on some primer, sand smooth and then put on your color/clear. Not much to it. Of course there is always the option of taking the bumper to a body shop too and getting it painted, shouldnt cost too much that way either.

Good luck
