AC Lights

My AC lights dont normaly turn on in my car. Sometimes when you tap on the AC unit they will come on but if you turn off the Lights for 20 secs or more when you turn the lights back on they dont turn back off. The AC button with the snowflake always stays on cause thats a different bulb/curcit then the other lights. I have my car apart and cant find anything wrong with the wires so im trying to know if anyone knows how to get to the inside of the unit where the bulbs are or if anyone knows why its doing this. Thanks
