I think winky is right that does look alot like it IMO. Awesome bumper normally I dont like the kits but that one is tight, except for the rear.

It's definately the lip addon. There are a few members on here with it. I've also seen it in carbon fiber.

I'll say it is the urathane lip discussed earlier on 'Tuners' likely six to eight months ago. It can be purchased on ebay with 105 dollar buy it now and something like 50 dollars shipping. Here's what it looks like on other members' cars:

But the Stillen front bumper is a whole bumper. The lip they are speaking of is the Ralliart lip spoiler that can be found on ebay.
