Changing 1157 turn signal bulbs, what to do?

Do I need to take the whole housing headlights off to be able to change the turn signal 1157 bulbs? Or can I change the bulbs without taking the housing out or bumper off?

look inside the corner of the engine bay.

there is an opening in the corner that lets you grab the back of the plug and twist it to get he bulb out.

What about foglights? Is there a tutorial on how to change the foglight bulbs?

I tried to get the whole housing to come out but the bolts won't budge. What is the easiest way to change the foglight bulbs?
