anyone have these halo/projector headlights?

ok, here is the website, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7963507150&category=33710 i am just so tired of looking at my headlights because they fog over when it is raining and they are very blurry...i have tried everything to clean them up and nothing seems to do it....i have heard that aftermarket headlights dont put out as much light....i love the look of my stock lights but it is kinda expensive to buy new ones from the dealership
