Alternator Whine, make it stop!!!

I have the power line run far away from the RCA's. Tried multiple ground points. Have 1/0 gauge wire from the battery to the frame. Even when I disconnect the power from the head unit and amps it still makes a slight whine. When everything is hooked up it is so friggen loud, well it muffels my exhaust and whinboro fuel pump. Any other suggestions? O I have also tried different RCA' and even grounding the wire to the frame with a nut and bolt instead of just a screw. Someone please help.

Try a noise filter. Should help out a bit.
