Windshield prices??

Just trying to get an estimate on how much a windshield installed on 90 gsx will be or how hard it is to do myself. Thanks

For me it was 200 bucks, i did absolutley nothing, they came to my house, got a windshield, put it in, and even vacuumed my car(since there was alot of shattered glass inside). Not too bad, it was by auto glass specialists(the guys in the little red trucks, beep,beep )

I think it was just over $300 for my windshield but it was also fully covered by the insurance co.

I got mine for $130 installed, in my driveway.
It was the best price I could find.... most estimates were from 150-200.
The guy said that mine wasn't hard because it had aparently been replaced
in the past, but if it hadn't been, then it's super hard to remove the old one...

For my 95 Eclipse I'm looking for a new windshield and the best price I've found is $170 installed at my house.

I got a used one with installation for $85. It has a tiny wiper scratch on passenger side, can't see it though. 6 monts and no leaks. My sister got a new one for $135

Who said free? Do you not have a deductable?

I just had one put in last week, $170 out the door. Took about 90 mins for them to put it in. I think its the best mod i've made in a while cause now I can see!!!

Farmers has a "Glass Deductable Buyback" endorsement. If the windshield can be fixed, they will fix it for free. If it cannot then there is a $100 deductable. (It's great being an insurance agent)

I have never paid for a windshield, even back when I had only minimum coverage. I think it is a FL law.

i just took my state exam for being a insurance agent hope i passed! i know in new york you have to have glass insurance on your car to even claim glass on your insurance its not on a basic auto policy if u don't ask for it
