Does anyone have a three or four sub set up in their 1G. If so could you post pics.

without getting really crazy you'd be better off with a smaller number. The only way you could get 4 in there is if you run 4 8's that don't need a ton of space, maybe a couple tens if you're fwd and can use the spare tire well for added volume. Here's a pic of my old 12's with a proper sized box for them (nm the hideous blue paint). This box took me longer to design than it did to build since i had to keep two 12's and 3 cubic feet of box in 3/4" mdf under the cargo tray in the rear.

I just don't see how you could properly fit 4 12's in the back of one of these cars w/o filing every single inch there is. Are you looking for a cool look or a good sound?

i've seen 4- 12's in the back of a FWD 1G. 4 -10's would be easy too, especially FWD. but even AWD with a little fiberglass on the bottom of the box wouldn't be too bad.

i had 2 - 12's back in the day, too much for me. now i've got just 2 - 10"s, and i like it fine! good luck with your hunt for pics. what kind of setup are you proposing??

Devlish, do you think your type of set up would work in my awd? with 12's? I like what you have done with that very clean looking yet keepin it show. i just want something to ge noticed with

Kind of a crappy picture but you get the idea. I took the pics with a camera phone. I'll try to get better pics when i get home and get my digital camera if you want. Its 4 memphis mclass 10's. The box only is around 4 cubic ft. We made the panel around the rest of the back area to cover the amp and extra battery. The actual box only goes to where its sunk down, the rest is space for the amps and battery.

yeah, with a little work and some fiberglass... you could get a very similar setup, minus the amp sunk into the wheelwell. i think it's TOTALLY possible to get a similar look with 12's, even in your AWD
