how to mount the seat belts back

hello, just wondering how to put your seatbealts back to the original position, just got them out and just want to put them back for a while, but don't know how to, and also one of the system (that retracts the seat belt) isn't working, how do you rol the spring??

all you need to do is bolt them in the correct places...

if yoru talking about the seatbelt retracting and not letting loose, then it is as simple as holding the retraction device vertically and then pulling the seatbelts. If you dont understand what I just said then I will clarify, but I just now woke up.
