i descided on the buddyclub 2 kit and theres a guy around here who is selling a brand new bc2 kit for 300 bucks. this way i dont have to pay shipping or anything but i dont know how good of a deal it is. he works for a shop that has a good reputation and ive known the guy for a while so i know hes not trying to rip me off but im not sure if this is a good deal or not. i love this kit cause its not all overdone like some kits and for 300 bucks it seems like a good deal. plus if anyone else wanted one i could get you one too hes got 3 left

After searching the web, it seems like a good deal. Especially since it's local.

yeah one of the main reasons i was looking at it was because i wouldnt have to pay shipping. so that takes a few hundred bucks off of the price already. i just gotta find some 97-99 headlights now cause it wont fit the 95-96 ones

If he's making any money off of the sale, the quality of the kit is probally garbage. May be garbage anyways. I paid about $200 for my second bumper....and that was my friends cost and shipped with some kid's kit so I didn't have to pay for that either. VERY good quality! My 1st bumper was cheap and it was crap. :thumbdown

agreed, do not be fooled by a low price kit. generally the cheaper the kit the more you will spend at the shop to put it on (or your time). and we all know that labor rates can get outrageous (sp?) quick. if you have a choice: spend more up front (after some research for quality) to save money later (my opinion).

i just got back from the shop takin a look at the kit. i asked him how the fitment was and he told me that if i dont believe him that they fit well then we can put it on right now. so we did. and its a reallly good fit. just had to do a small amount of cutting and grinding but for the most part it fit pretty damn good. we just put the front bumper on to test fit it but i doubt the read will be to much different. he also told me that if i have any problems to give him a call and he'll give me another bumper.

hey i paid 300 for mine and it fit really good all i can say is plz dont buy body kits of ebay they fit like crap look like crap and are not worth the money. If u had to trim the front to make it fit thats not a good sign. Id ask him to help u fit the sides thos are what dont fit! mine did like a charm it just matters i bought side off ebay and they fit like crap werent even long enought! good luck
