i see they sell aftermarket oil filler caps and radiator caps are these just for looks or are they a little better than stock?
 
The oil caps I think are just for looks but I believe the rad caps are of a higher pressure than our stockers.

Depends on the application. For his 420A, they could be simply immitation companies branding their products without permission. (See "RalliArt" seats on Ebay)

RalliArt made absolutely no products for the Eclipse, or 420A in particular. Anything that RalliArt made that fits Eclipses is merely coincidence thanks to the EVO connection.
