The factory 97+ turbo wing is one of the reasons I fell in love with the Eclipse in the first place... I would never get any other wing than the factory turbo spoiler

Have you guys got any suggestions for wings with a little more flavor to them? I'm trying to get away from the stock look, and get something that really stands out. The only thing stopping me from getting something like an aluminum is the fact that there are a SHITLOAD of holes left over.

Anybody got any suggestions on a good looking wing that stands out and either fits in the oem holes or covers all of them?

I have seen a custom fit 3kgt spoiler. One of the members here has one on their car, but I can't remember who it is. They had to cut it in the center and take about 6 inches or so out of it. Then fibreglass it back together. It looked sharp.

Why would you want one of those aluminum wings? So people that actually know stuff about car, and no that the wing is useless can call you a ricer? And so the Ricers/Racer Wannabe will think youre cool? Thats about all those wings are good for on the street.

if you don't want your parts for 8 months... and then when you get them they are the wrong parts... and then it takes 3 more months... and then they are the right parts... but they are broken... then 4 months this time... and they are broken again... so now after wating 15 months... I'm not a fan of those spoilers but the holes can be cleaned (just need to fork over the dough).

but if you're not willing, you can get this (although I would STRONGLY suggest going for the turbo or mid-wing)

thanks guys, i appreciate all the feedback. what are the differences between the stock turbo wing and the mid wing. im guessing size. hey if anyone has a turbo wing to sell, PM me and we'll talk. until then im still looking.

the terminator/combat and GTR/commando type wings will cover most of your factory holes and with most of them (some manufacturers are different) you can leave the side pieces of your factory wing.....so these 2 styles seem to be the most "user-friendly". also a bit more "unique" than the turbo spoiler. if you put the turbo spoiler on you're gonna have like 20 holes left over which costs mucho dinero if you can't do body work yourself because they have to fillin the holes and then repaint almost the entire rear section of your car.

also, the mid wing that quwhees showed you would be great if you're looking for something somewhat similar to the turbo wing, but don't want to fill as many holes. the differnce between it and the turbo are that the turbo wing is 1 piece and if you look at the mid-wing it's a 3 piece (2 side pieces that would cover the holes left by your factory wing's sides)
