Condensation in headlight?

My car had to go in the shop like in august cuz a guy did a hit and run on my car and ever sense it got fixed there has been condensation in my left headlight thing....how do i get rid of it?? :-/ i have no clue so PLEASE help me thanks

so you have some whiteish thing inside, right? only way i've heard to do, is to open up the head light. You can do this in oven. (i've heard heat up oven to about 250 deg. and so on), then move all the gummy stuff.. and reseal it with gluegun, etc. i may be wrong about the temp for the oven.
