I was looking at carbon fiber hoods, and someone on here had suggested one from some company ( i don't remember the name); so I went to their website and they had some videos of the strength of them, and they could run them over with a truck and jump on them, and not even a stress mark. At first I thought that was awesome, but then i got to thinking that if that's true then in a crash wouldn't that hood come right through the windshield and kill me? Just a thought... wondering if anyone else has heard of this or wondering if its ever happened or if its possible? Let me know. Thanks...

, i dont think it would go through the wind sheild... more it would flip onto the window, and end up on the roof... really depends how the car was hit....

The hood probibaly wouldn't come back far enough to hurt you more than any other car pieces.

You could fall in the shower and smack your noggin.

Perhaps you should stop bathing.

Or, put off worrying about what might kill you until it has. Then you won't have to worry about it at all.

It's thinking like yours that sells Volvos.
