Looking for suggestions on a way to mount my camcorder in my car for when I'm racing..... it needs to be secure enough to pass tech, out here tech is a pain in the @$$
I also want it to be removeable..... I was thinking at one point of getting an OBX rear strut bar and useing the holes in it to fab up a removeable mounting system... but I got lazy and cheep and decided not to go that route.
I'd like the camera to be able to see the driver (so I can review shifting and other fun driving things) but also see out the window well enough to see how the race went when I feel like showing other people the video.
Any suggestions? I'd prefer not to have to remove a lot of stuff to secure it in, at the same time though I want something that isn't going to flop around when I launch -- AWD has proven to be rather hard on things (I've forgotten to take the radar detector off a few times... damned thing hit me durring the launches).
