Rear speakers do not work with factory all audio!

I have a 1991 Talon Tsi AWD with factory premium sound. It has the amp under the center console. My question is why are the rear speakers not working? There is no power going to the rear speakers. When I moved the amp around a bit I heard a poping sound in the rear speakers though. Is the amp bad? The rest all work. The front door speakers you can barly hear and the tweaters seem a little loud. No wires have been cut that I can see. I think all conections at the amp and deck are good. Is there a bad fuse or a bad conection in the rear mabey? My side mirrors dont work and the dome light does not turn on when doors are open. I would like to keep the stock deck for a while and I like the rear speakers.

I found out there is a short in the amplifier somewhere. If you hit it it will kick on the rear speakers but sometimes only one will turn on and without the amp conected they all work but sound distorted. I am getting a new cd player/eq/mp3 player soon and I'll probably run new wires then. Hope this helps sombody.
