Looks like a sunfaded sticker, I have no clue of how to get it off.

try nail polish remover.... could work..not sure but you'd think the acetate (sp?) in it would remove it

Nail Polish remover, or go for the bigger guns, like Lacquer thinner, Mineral Spirits, or Wood alcohol... all three are potent chemicals, so watch out... don't wanna be smelling that crap for TOO long. :thumbdown

if it's a sticker.... try keeping it really really wet, and using a razor blade to scrape it off. use a new blade though, and you won't scratch the window at all.

Thats the thing, I dont think its a sticker. It looks like an old sticker that sunfaded the tint up top. Now that the sticker is gone the covered spot sticks out.

Lol, I had a sticker on my windshield for about a year and when I took it off you could clearly see where it had been. The whole stock tinted part turned a puke green anyways so something accidently cracked my windsheild and I got a new one.

I have no idea what happened. :)

I had to get rid of it......it was from a very old Down South Customs banner. :barf:

:barf: :barf: :barf: Is right, sorry, I'm not a big fan of them.

Thread hijack over.

Try removing the tint strip and see if that does it. Or am I just dumb and the remnants are on the winsheild and not the tint?

If its on the winshield mineral spirits or something to that effect should dull its appearance, you won't get rid of it though.
