Alrite im not to sharp when it comes to audio. my rear left speaker has hardly any sound output to it. i put all the sound on that speaker and i had to turn the sound way up to get anything out of it. i dont think the speaker is blown for one because its a new speaker and two the same stock speaker didnt work when i had them in. everything seems to be wired up ok so i dont know what the deal is. any help would be appreciated.

it might be a bad ground, maybe some bad wiring hook up somewhere along the way... might even be the head unit.

i dont really know how to check for any of that stuff. any explanations on how to?

Is your balance or fade even on your stereo?

when those are even you cant tell that the rear left speaker is on. when i put it on just that speaker, only a little sound comes out when its turned all the way up.

flip the wires for the right rear and the left rear at the headunit itself. if the problem changes sides its the head, if it stays the same, and you tested another speaker there then its wiring between them.

ya i did switch the wires at the head unit, did exactly the same thing. i replaced them with some after market speakers called pheonix digital. i didnt test it with another speaker, but it did the same thing when i had the stock ones in.
