Is there a way to do this conversion?
I really love the open "mouth" look of the 2G's, and I think they're pretty perfect looking, that would be the ultimate "body kit" I could think of for a 1G.

Also, forgive if this has been discussed before, It's hard to search for 1g to 2g conversion, when you can't search for things less than 4 characters.

Here's a poor quickie photoshop I whipped up:

Anybody know if this would be possible?

Fiberglass would be your best bet if you want to custom make it. Find a fiberglass shop and see what they can do.

There is a thread on dsmtalk of someone who has actually done it.

this is the only one i know of. notice its actually a 1g/2g/3g

dude no... its not a photoshop pic.... its the real kit...... its not made up all fake.

shut the fock up. anyone looking at the pic will notice how grainy the front bumper is compared to the rest of the car. anyone who's ever done any photoshop work will back me up without a doubt.

theres no possible way that a photpshop pic look at the intercooler pipe in the front end pic its yellow and so is the one in the engine why would someone go threw all that trouble plus i have seen the blitz kit on 92-94 models so its possible someone put it on a 91

just realized you were talking about the blitz kit. it is real, black on isn't.

although after reading the title of thsi thread i have no idea why you posted that pic here (oh wait maybe the same reason you posted it in like 3 other thread). how bout you quit dreaming of kits they don't make and get yours painted

wow... why dont u shut the fyck up and stop being an ass? no offencive but you apperently dont know the story behind why mine is grey. first of all my car was a wreck car when i bought it. the bumper was all yellow, it was about 5" below the headlights from being pushed down, had a shattered windshield, everything else you can think of.... anyways the reason its grey is because im getting a body kit. and yes it is a kit thats made then ill worry about painting it. its pretty pointless to paint a bumper ur getting rid of.... wouldnt you think so??????

ah cry me a river.

and i finally figured out the problem and the confusion it was your fault.

first a pic is posted with a black 98 front bumper, then this post is made by airpopoff.

LOL is that my car???? you took the front end off of ???? i think it is???, I did the 98 front end conversion too, glad my car could be a help to you just wondering LOL well it does look good

then you posted

acually that wasnt your car man... it was someones car who really put that body kit on it

to which i replied

actually if you look closely its a decently photoshopped picture.
