New AFC Mount

Well, here it is, my new S-AFC mount.
Flush mounted on an angle in teh radio trim ring. Notice the Trim ring ident under the HVAC controlls is gone, and is now just flush. Also the A/C Button hole is shaved.

Theres some flaws in the paint cause I touched it, but other than that it turned out pretty good. it will look better when teh turbotimer and boost controll are also flush mounted above it.

Can't wait until you that empty void though. Then it will look alot better. Come to think of it, an LCD screen there would look really good too.

I figured f00k it. while im at it ill post some pics of my Plastic molded Airbag cover. Notice the Replica (SRS AIRBAG) On the bottom corner. Spiffy.

a LCD screen? Ok, it has a body kit, targa top, shaved everything, probably will have a big @ss aluminum wing, and a chrome fire extinguisher.. how much more rice do you want me to add to this damn thing?!?!

(meanwhile in another IE browser opened, ordering a 5.5" LCD monitor.)


but nah, its a good idea to add one, but I am going to mold in my laptop screen somewhere, and that will aid as everything, T.V / DVD / Playstation whatever. Also Mp3 storage and Datalogging. Oh ya, cant forget the nuddie pictures for rush hour traffic. anyone have a KYjelly dispenser for sale?

I can appreciate, the creative effort you put in it. But I just don't see the point. maybe im missing something, or you're car is a show car. But it just seems like a lot to do about nothing. However I think you did a kick ass job making it.

I agree with JDM. It's okay, but I've seen many custom badass S-AFC mounts.

its just different than using the afc mount that you get with it, like everyone else does.

i think it looks good though... i'd like to keep the air vents on the top still...

there will be a Blitz timer & EBC ontop of it.
the air vent is where my radio is.

yes. alot of people put there afc or gauges in the vent. I put my radio there.

the vent is completely blocked off. so all assumed lost airflow goes to the floor and door vents.

how about some pop up mod for the passenger side air bag? i always wanted to do this, but dont' have the guts to take out the air bay for the passenger...
