how do I mount the stock wing on a 95 talon TSi

OK I have a 95 talon, and I want to replace the after market wing that was on it when I bought the car with the stock wing (the talon wing that wraps around the base of the rear windshield. I noticed a few of the holes have a square looking reducers, I'm guessing I need one for each hole. And then I have the wing. Besides that is there anything else? Perhaps someone can give me a quick crash course on putting this thing on? thanks
