2g corner removal

Whats the easiest way to remove the stock amber corners on a 2g? I'm thinkin screw driver to the bottom? anyone have a better way?

If your talking about the sidemarkers, just stick your hand underneath the front bumper and you will notice a little push in piece on the back side of it. Push it in and the sidemarker will pop out.

98_silvergs, that's not a bad idea.

I took a scredriver, but held it in a cloth to make sure I didn't scratch my paint.

i've seen clear corner lights and i've seen white looking, which would look better on a white eclipse? where can i get em?

Pep Boys, Advanced Auto Parts and Auto Zone all sell the clear side-marker lenses. From what I have seen, they run about $15 or so.

so the new ones pop right in? No adhesive or screws?

The new ones are pretty much exactly the same as the amber ones, i had a little trouble keeping one of mine in but you need to pull out the clip a little more and then it should pop right in.
