OK, I'm a dumbass! Instead of going 2 miles down the road to my regular bank I decided to use the bank on base... well it has tight ass lanes. Needless to say I put a very small scratch in my BRAND new rims ... I've been doing sooooo good too, taking corners wide and missing harsh bumps. Well my is is there any way to take out the scrathes ? They are chrome and they WERE :thumbdown very very pretty What can I do to maybe put a protective coating on them or keep em from rusting ???

If the metal itself is scratched, you kinda out of luck as far as getting the scratch out goes. If it's just the coating (if it's coated) then you might try some filler of a similar color or finish. If you just want to keep it from rusting, clean it well and get some spray on clear coat and cover it good, then after it dries buff it a bit for gloss.

You could proly just get some like instant shine in a can, or something like that, altohg that might not look as good as your chrome did. Did you get insurance with them?
