jdm eclipse products?

any1 in here know of ANYsites or companies that sell japanese styling hoods and body kits? thanx o yea, its for a 95-99 2g eclipse

goodluck, i believe the eclipse was only available in japan for a year or so...if you were to go over there they wouldn't even know what you're talking about. doubt you're gonna find much of anything "japanese" specific for the eclipse....

umm there wasnt much of a jdm aftermarket for the eclipse.. besides the tails but i think that is because they make them over in europe.. not really sure though but i think they only had so few eclipses in japan itself

was your esi 1.8 or 2.0.... a hairdryer doesnt make you cool, making that pic of dianes eclipse(the one on hydros) with you in it now that made you t3h cool...

and actually the gsr is pretty quick i can hang with a gst stock

Im looking for some JDM Taillights, does anyone know where I can some. THey have the amber out at the corners, Ive been searching everywhere, but to no avail. My Talon is waiting patiently.

This statement is correct.

www.machv.com has them but overpriced.

most people get rid of there tails with amber in them.....yet, eclipse owners want it. confusing.

other than the tailights and emissions system, an Eclipse in japan is basically the same as the ones over here. most of the body kits seen in video games are available through most any body kit dealer, like erebuni,vielside, blitz, etc, and they aren't really JDM. JDM refers to stuff that a car comes with stock in Japan.

In response to one of the above comments, I atually had a Talon and did the Eclipse conversion. I want to take it a step farther with the European Taillights. I compete in shows and whatnot and anything to give it a unique look, thats what Im looking for, And to be honest, Ive only seen 1 or 2 of these tails in my day in the show scene

how does converting to an eclipse make you unique?? you just spent a shitload of money to look like the other forty-billion eclipses out there now.

if you wanted be unique, keep the talon look...it's alot more rare than the eclipse.

Its not about how many Eclipses there are on the road, its about a judge coming up to you before he judges it and saying "nice eclipse." In response, "its a talon" ooo well had me fooled...Just an example. Im going to post some pics tomarrow, but to give you an idea, heres what I did with it. 96 Talon, eclipse 97+headlights, tail lights, kept the 95-96 talon wing and also added the 97+talon wing on top of that, kept it black on top but painted the red BMW red. So it mixes people up and everyone askes me what it is....Let me post some pics, and then you will get a better idea of what I was going for....

not trying to flame on u lethalgst but stock stuff is just a percentage of what jdm is. Japan Domestic Market- refering to the market that japan sells and distributes meaning anything made in japan

hmm that could be true but if that were the case, then wih my HKS intake, my Greddy mods (gauges, BOV, IC piping, turbo timer), RS-R exhaust...all that is JDM?

i tend to think of JDM as stock parts on JDM cars - the clean looking headlight conversions, lower front spoilers, taillights, stuff like that.

BTW, i don't take your post as a flame, just a frienldy discussion online
