Are you kidding? That looks like domestic long-grain rice. Ram air intake hood mods are an Uncle Bens specialty. Muscle car enthusiasts love that shit.

The only cars you see out here with such hood scoops are WRXs and GTiRs which need it for the top mounted intercoolers.
