OK, maybe you guys can help me with this. I have an AIWA CD player (I hate AIWA but it was free) and it worked fine until one day it just started cutting out. It seemed to do it everytime I hit a bump... not like a skip, like it would keep playing the CD, but no sound. Then, if I hit another bump, it'd come back on. Now it's at the point where it does it with pretty much any subtle movement at all. I checked the wire connections and all are snug and tight. I thought it was the laser, but it does it with the radio as well. This problem is really annoying. Any suggestions?

Possibly RCA jacks...
if the shell touches ground the internal amp shuts off to protect itself.

that was my problem on my clarion, except I had to turn off the radio and then back on to correct it everytime.
it is a possibility

I have turned it back off and then on again and it didn't really affect it at all. I'll try taking out the RCAs and see what happens. Thanks.
