I'm trying to remove the heater and defroster ducts from inside the door panel, but they're held on with some sort of fastener that I've never seen before. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and know how to get the damn things off?

they are called "Screws." typically used in conjunction with a "screwdriver"

OR if your talking about the other one they are bolts kinda, cept made of metal, kinda sharp, and i think removed with a 10MM i cant remember, do that or a set of pliers, but the 10MM is betta.

They were plastic bolts that looked like they were threaded on backwards...I assume an aftermarket "repair." I just broke them off.
