Installing 95-96 sideskirts on 97 tsi

hey guys,
i just picked up a set of sideskirts from a local DSMer for a GREAT deal and now i'm challenged with the task of putting them on. since the stock body doesn't have holes predrilled i'll have to do it myself. i've read other threads and people say to just mark the holes from putting stuff on the tabs of the sideskirt and pressing on the car.. but this entails that i have all the clips, which i dont. any other recommendations of how to do this without clips? or do local autoshops carry these clips?

you should be able to get the clips at any auto store...
