do all 1g t/e/l have those sliding seatbelts? is there any way to get rid of them cause they are ugly.

My 1g has em. Much easier to start the car and go rather than buckling a seat belt. Cheaper insurance too since it's considered a safety feature.

you can get canadian seatbelts, but you need all new interior trim pieces for the a-pillar and the b-pillar. they look really nice though, i was thinking about doing it but i think i am going to go with 4 points:D they look and work better. and i would have never thought that they would be a saftey feature...they have made me fall out of my car a few more times than i would have liked to.

good luck and let us know how things work out

what are canadien seatbelts and would the 4 point seat belts with corbeau seats give a reduction in my insurance?
