I just finished up my kickpanels for my car, and I have a pretty decent tutorial written up on my webpage that covers fiberglass basics, but more specifically making kickpanels in a manual drive car.

I'm actually in the middle of doing a fiberglass box right now for my sub. I only have the base mold like half done in the spare tire well. You basically follow the same steps as doing kickpanels, but you don't really need to aim the sub, just aesthetically looking good.
