The lights are carbon? looks red.

Painting the center section might be nice... but since your car is red and the center sectionis already red... the improvement might not be that great.

I was thinking of this earlier today... use bondo and smooth out the center section so it matches the profiles of the lights... then wrap it in real carbon fiber. It'd be like the center piece Importfan.com sells but wouuld certainly cost less than $250.

thats a good idea about tinting the tails but would they do that with actual tent or would they spray a light layer of something do you happin to know?

you can just use a tint spray found at any auto parts store it should only be about 10 dollars or so, personally it looks alot better then altezzas

NHT Nightshade tinting spray. Summit sells it but you can probably find it locally.

Practice a bit. Hard to get a nice even coat. You may have to wet sand with 2000 grit paper and then follow up with additional coats (more coats = darker) to get a even tone. Once you've got the tone even, you'll need to use a fine polishing compound to polish out the light swirls and scratches and make it nice and shiney.
