headlight adjustment

do i use the knobs by the levels and put the bubble in the middle? will that get my high beams and lowbeams at the right height? i just installed sylvania silverstars and i wanna take advantage of all the light.....also what size bulb goes in the fog lights? thanks for all the help guys

That is correct. Line your car up facing a wall and paint a line to use as a guide or level. Then use the knobs to line them up to where you want them. That's what I did.
