Body kit: Before or after winter?

I am still deciding whether to put a body kit before of after the winter time. We do get some snow around here, but lately the past few years. We did not get as much. This one year it only snowed 2-3 days.

I am also looking to get another paintjob for the car. I am thinking on keeping the color white. The body is in ok condition, but it is rusting here and there.

So would it be a good idea to wait or not? Thanks for your help.

i would wait. mine acts like a snowplow in the winter with the stock front bumper.
