Custom fiberglass lower door panels = carbon fiber!

I took these home today from the shop so I can send pics to the customer (so he believes I am making them and not partying with his $$$! ), anyhow, once this is filled, primed and painted a mold will be made off of it and then it is time for carbon fiber!!
Next pics I post will be of the molds...and then of course the finished project results. I will post up what the carbo fiber quarter window surrounds look like next week. I already pulled a test part and it looks pretty sweet.
So here is a BASIC pic of the beginings of the custom lower door plugs/molds.

..keep in mind this is not MY design, Matt already (unfortunately ) had them covered with paint and foam. I am continuing from there, basically starting from scratch.
