3G GSX Wheels?

I understand now. I was confused because some guy down the street just bought a new 3g and I thought he put rims on it, I might have to get him for them ;)

They aren't quite 2gb GSX wheels.

The 3g wheels are one piece designs, while the 2g wheels were multi piece (2 or 3 pieces not sure) I've also noticed that the 3g wheels tend to look smaller than the 2g GSX wheels (I don't know if it has anything to do with being single pieced, or the way they were constructed.)

The 3G wheel is one-piece while the 2G wheel is two piece. Mitsu redesigned the wheel after all of us kept bending our aluminum 2-piecers  Since the 3G is once piece, it looks slightly smaller.

The stock GSX wheels just look small too me, maybe its just because of the huge wheel wells our cars have.

Can some one tell me which years are the 1 2 3gens? How many generations were there? Also some times when i look on autotrader for an all wheel drive eclipse one of the newest (2001)ones are posted as awd but I didn't think they made them that way in the new model.
