Shiloh,
I am looking for blue bulbs for my headlights, any reccomendations, I know Eurodesigns and Nokoya makes some, are they any good? BTW this is for bulbs that actually glow somewhat blueblue, not "Cool blues" that glow white. I am looking for direct replacements, not HID conversion kits, or projectors, or do i have to go that route? This is one of my only appearance related things going into my car so it is essential it is the right thing. Thanks

check nopi.com the part number and listing is:

947+0846 EUROLITE Xenon Fusion - 9005 - 65 watts - BLUE - Pair $8.40 - EA

I've had them before.. actually had to switch them out if it rained, they are true blue (not bluish white, but true blue). Sometimes I could turn them off in the rain and I wouldn't know wether they were on or not. Otherwise those are what you'd need if you're looking for direct blue replacement. They do have the same in a 100W version, I've used both, the beam is a little brighter/intense but it's still sometimes a visibility issue.

947+0831 EUROLITE Xenon Gas - 9005 - 100 watts - BLUE - Pair $8.40 - EA

At one point they had them for both hi and low beams. I'm not showing the other when I checked the site. You might want to call and ask.

dont get the nokya they burn out after about a month and if you wnat really nice blue headlights get Katz ther about fifty bucks but they are worth it

Cuzo HID Blue are great for visibility, but they aren't a real blue if you're looking head on at them. From an angle they look blue but head on they're white-ish blue. I bought them at a local tuner shop for $35. Check out my Cardomain site for a picture of them in the day, I can try to get you a night pic if you want.

I use Street Glows headlights, they are bright, tinted a noticeable blue but not too much. Pretty Nice if you ask me. I've always trusted Street Glow products . Havent had an burn out yet either and they are in my 2nd car.

I have had both EuroDezigns and StreetGlow bulbs. The Euro Designs are quite bright and good visiblity, although they aren't really blue at all; just white. The Street glow bulbs aren't as bright (but still very visibile), but noticably blue.

Dude I wouldnt bother with any of that "Blue" crap. Trust me everyone has tried it. And everyone hated it. You try goign down a dark ass country road and being able to see. You wont be saying " oh look my lights lite up the road with blue". You will be saying "My lights suck I cant see shit besides blue". I have the Silvania Silver Stars in my low beam and high beam, I also have them in my fog lights. They are very bright and bring any road with plenty of visable light that is very usefull. And it looks 4x better than that cheap crap blue painted on bulbs. Save your money bro.

IMO what Defiant says is true about the silverstars, plus i think they look damn good. They give off a purplish white HID look. Much better then the crap blue.

Mine are sitting on my desk, I'm installing them as soon as it stops raining!!! Got some new fog projectors with PIAA bulbs, too.... yay! I'll be posting pics, if only for my own amusement

When i said blue i was looking for a blue/white type bulb, i see them on everything now, and it was really the look i was going for, I dont mean straight blue, but blue with visibility. I can sacrifice a little visibility in exchange for a blue tint, as im used to the oem bulbs (which are not very bright at all) Silverstars sound good, but i need something with some color too it. The reason im so picky is that i am doing very few appearance related things to my car, and those that i am doing are in with the whole scheme. Man wouldn't it be nice to be able to see all of the lights on a page to compare the colors? Thanks for the reccomendations.
