I bought this car =D It's VERY clean inside aside from tools/ALLDATA print outs everywhere. The body is straight too

all said and done I got it to Soldotna for 700

wow very nice purchase

If anyone is interested in this 1991 TSI AWD 5Spd let me know, I pulled the head, and the piston in Cyl #1 looks like it went 8 rounds with Mike Tyson. The body's good, and the tranny is one of the smoothest shifters i've ran, I just have no use for the shell + trans. Also I just re-titled it + registered it!

Lol don't you love it? Kinda reminds me of when I bought my 92 tsi 5speed for 500 the guy said he had just rebuilt the head on it yet he left the 2halves of the timing belt laid on each side of it so yeah I knew he had busted the valves(pulled the head and every single cylinder had at least one valve head snapped off) but I figured for 500 titled and halfway decent body without any rust I'd just rebuild it he way i want

Yeah, If I can't find anybody in the anchorage/peninsula area that wants the Shell + Transmission I'm just going to rebuild the engine and have it as a DD, might open up a more aggressive approach to finishing my 91 tsi awd auto build.
