Turbo cylinder head

I was thinking about putting turbo cam in my n/t. But I started thinking and I'm curious. Will the cylinder head off a turbo fit on a n/t? If It does, what kind of performance gains would I get out of it?

they are the same head......only difference is the cams. get cams out of a 91-94 mt.
the exhaust cam is more aggressive. you can use the cam gears from the turbo as well to make it easier to swap
