I think this is clutch chatter in 1st gear

When I am letting off the clutch in 1st gear, the engine feels like its shaking if I dont slip the clutch just right. It will also do it sometimes when downshifting into 2nd and 1st gear. Its been doing this for a couple of months. Thought it was a broken motor mount at first but it wasnt.

So my question if it is clutch chatter, is this harmful or is this normal?

I have a ACT 2100 clutch and a JUN lightweight flywheel.
