91 talon, 4G63 to 4G63T yet again

yo, ive got a 91 eagle talon FWD, now what my question is the motor is the same exact thing as the turbocharged version, without the turbo right or wrong. would it still be hard to put a turbo on it and if so what else would i need to get. i know there are probably alot of request like this but i figure one mor wont hurt, can any body help me out. i can get the engine and tranny would that make it easier. anybody that can help please do so, its to hard to find turbocharged cars where i live and i aint RICHY RICH either.
