Hey I was wondering, is it possible to run either the Hahn or Star stage II kits at a lower psi rating than what they are suppose to run. The only reason I ask is because I wouldn't want to purchase one of the Stage I kits because I don't like the idea of having a turbo car without an intercooler to cool the incoming air, but then again I've heard that the stock 99' GS internals cannot hold more than 8-10lbs. so I was wondering if its possible to run the Stage II kits at around 6-7 psi instead of upping it into the double digits... also, if anyone knows off hand, what is the true hp rating of a 99' eclipse GS? not the mitsubishi claimed 140, but a real dyno hp. Thanks! - Matt

if you get the hahn kit make sure they give you the 5psi wastegate actuator. if you get the star kit, make sure your wastegate is preset at the boost you want it to be at (example, the tial 35mm is preset at 6psi)

the 95-99 nts are around 112-113 whp.
