I was thinking the other day about how to reduce underhood temps. Obviously when you throw a turbo on your car, the underhood temps go up. Well an idea came to me. For the 2g 420a powered eclipses. What i was thinking was that you know when you take the stock air box off, it leaves a hole that goes down the fender well. What if you stick one of those electric supercharger things in the hole, and hook it to a toggle switch. Have it face so that it sucks air out the engine bay and down into the fender . Finally a use for the stupid plastic blower fans. Tell me what you think

you could get a vented hood and ceramic coat the turbo manifold and turbine housing. For every 10 degrees you drop the temp. you get 1% more hp ie. 500hp>1% is 5hp you also cuold wrap the piping to keep them from getting heat soak. If your main consern is having cooler air for your motor a single foger system in the boost pipe will drop the temp also so you can have cooler air.:dsm:
