Ok this is a random question...Whats everyones opinion on a turbo setup for a daily driven(sometimes track) 95 esi..Im rebuilding the engine but Im not sure about the turbo setup..Im thinking about getting one from gottude but anyway.....for 13-16psi daily with a profec B what turbo, injectors, all the good stuff fuel setup which turbo, something that spools around 3k rpm?? Im still learnign about turbos and setups n what not but Im just curious what everyone else would think of.....budget wise too ;)..not tooo much money but yeah...:thumb:

My suggestion would be to look at what everyone around here has and look at what they have done with it. I had the HRC kit on my 420 and loved it. I have seen several guys with star kits run low 13s with stock internals. I think if I had it to do over again I would have went with the star. Although if your a newbie and don't really know that much you might want to think about the fact that Hahn offers unmatched tech support on thier products. It's really a matter of give and take.

I will fess up for the star side although I'm nowhere near a kit level anymore. I would reccomend the star because you will have more power for the money. The turbo spools later than the hahn being it's a t3/t4, but once your bitten by the boost bug and you want to make serious power you won't have to switch turbos. The star directions are sub par at best, but I just used the directions from the Hahn kit. I now have a sand alone 4 extra injector fuel system and lots of other goodies but I do not regret the path I took. The star is cheaper and can throw down more HP from the start so that's why I went that way.

If you want a faster spooling turbo than go with a Garrett GT28 or a 16g if you want a lots of HP a t3/t4 or GT30 will do. but it aill all depond on what you want in the long run plan for the furture. Don't end up buying a turbo that you don't want in the long run. make up your mind now so you will save money in the long run.
