i dont think this is the delta gate...because i was looking at other star kits and they had a vaccume valve on top.

notice those two holes in there, one more on top and one lower...what are those?

That is not the delta gate that I got. Go to the turbonetics website and see what you really have there. It should also have some instructions there as well.

yea did you get that gate with the star performance kit? does it say TURBONETICS EVOLUTION on the top of it? if it does it is a much better gate then the mark2. i got the same one with my kit. at the time i orderd my star kit, star was out of the mark2 so they gave me that one as a free upgrade. thats prolly what happend to you if you have the EVOLUTION gate. i konw i was ####ing confused when i got mine also..

maybe you could also help me with hooking up the appropriate hoses to where they need to go. where does the top hole go to and where does the bottom hole go to?

actually im not sure which hole is which. i know one is vacume and one is boost. i havn't had my kit installed yet...prolly next week. i think i remember them saying the top one is vacume..but i am not sure. i called overboost.com and talked to there dsm tech. if you call him, he is a nice guy and will help you out. i bet ur happy you got something better then something worse.. i know i was...yea if you got it with the star kit, acording to that dsm tech at overboost.com.. it has the 5-7psi spring in it.

yes i was very happy that i got something better than worse. i got my stage 2 kit from overboost too. are you missing an FMU and BOV from the kit? i was, but hopefully they will be sending it out soon. who have you been dealing with over at OBS? ive been dealing with Eugene. let me know if you are also missing those parts and who youve been dealing with at obs...thanks bro.

i bought my stage 1 kit from overboost also. i didn;t have the cash for the stage2. im not sure what you mean by FMU.. but i don't have a bov with my kit or the flange on the piping from the intakemaifold to the turbo houseing(but as im told i don;t need a bov for stage 1) the intercooler kit im gunna buy has the flange in the pipe and the bov.. ive been dealing with Jerry...he is the dsm tech for overboost. call them up and ask to speek to him, i belive his extension is 212.. not sure though so don't hold me to that.. check me out at raven32usk also (aim)

yeah ive talked with jerry too a few times. the FMU is the vortech fuel management unit needed to rise fuel pressures. i didnt get it with my kit, or the BOV. i added you to my aim btw.

did you ever figure out which port on the wastegate goes where? i never got a diagram w/ it, and i cant find one online of ANY..i suck heh. help me out thnx.
