Question to those boosting a 4g63 N/T

I'm selling my 2g and buying two cars, a daily driver and a race car, my race car will most likely be a 500 dollar n/t pop headlights 1g. I'm very excited about buying it and having a 6 bolt motor, but I have a few questions.

1. What are all parts necessary in order to boost on the car ? Exhaust Manifold, 14b, Injectors, turbo ecu, custom upic, bov, anything else ?

2. How far can you boost on the stock internals ? I know the compression ratio on the n/t is 9.0 so there is definitively a room for boost in there. So considering the engine is in good shape how much should i be able to boost on the 14b?

3. Guys with a similar setup, what are you running ?

I'm hoping to push this car to the limit, once I break something I'll do a cheap ass rebuild (1g big rods, wiseco pistons, arp studs, turbo cams, ...) and drop a td06 20g on that beotch!
