That is because there is NO KIT TO DO THIS SWAP the amount of money you spend on doing this swap would be around 5000$$ you need motor ,transmission, ECU & harness and alot of other crap and with all that money to have a stock monot in your car you can get a turbo kit and re-build your intrenals and be alot faster and have more HP. IT IS NOt WORTH IT the 420a is a bad ass motor and will put out alot of hp with the right mods. You don't need a 4g63 motor to be fast!!!!

140K on a 99 RS OMFG!!!!!
Yes if you re-build it will be like new. There are several companys out there that make re-build kits for our car go to www.howellautomotive.com or try www.rpmxtreme.com once you do that you can go turbo. If I were you when you do your re-build also do LSD and clutch while everything is out. No sence on thanking everything out twice. What turbo kit do you want??

They both have up's and down I say star because that's what I have. www.overbooststore.com or www.imoto.com. I have a Star kit but I have upgraded the turbo. I had it custom built to my spec's from www.turbochargers.com and it is a nasty nasty turbo very EVIL inside.

8.6:1 is for turbo but you will be slow if you do this befor your turbo kit you can go 20 over that is what I plan on doing anything over 20 I think is too much.

not too sure what bearing size you should go with call and ask, as for Rods The eagles are good for 400-450hp but the extreme eagles will hold up to alot more hp and are worth putting up the extra $$ if you want big power out of your motor.
