AFX ECU? When for 99??

Acctually they are more ment for N/A applications. They did not design it for turbo. It advances the shit out of your timing to build the extra HP on an N/A motor. If you used it with a turbo car, you would have to find out it's advancement and then use an ignition system to retard it to a closer to stock setting. Too much timing advance + turbo=boom(detonation)!! That's the same problem people had with the SAFC when using it to lean a lot on bigger injectors. It would advance the timing, because it was fooling the MAP sensor and cause the motor to detonate and melt pistons.

Does AFX program our ECU our does it already have its own modified ECUs on hand?

If they do program it can we ask them to pass on the timing?

I believe they send one out and you send a core, I doubt you would want to wait for it to get programed anyway. They do not do custom setups to my knowledge, but you could call and ask. There are other things the AFX ecu does too, (raises rev limit, or stops fuel cut, I can't remember which) but the timing is a gconsern for turbo cars.

It's not programable. It is pre programed to their specs, not yours. They won't make it for any other years until the ones they have start selling.. There will prolly never be one for 95's because the ECU's were reprogramed for items like the pulsed air system and so on, so the 95ecu's vary a lot from car to car. I still don't see why they couldn't do a baseline ecu for 95's and if your system has not been removed then take it in for the recall. Oh well there is prolly more to it that I don't know about.
